Hand Safety Campaign : Zero Harm, un engagement partagé au quotidien

At LEONI Morocco, safety is more than an operational priority it is a core value embedded in everything we do. To mark the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, all LEONI Morocco sites came together to support the Hand Safety Campaign, reinforcing our shared commitment to protecting our people and strengthening our Zero Harm culture.

In the automotive industry, every movement matters. Behind every wiring system we manufacture are skilled professionals whose expertise, precision and dedication ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Their hands are at the heart of our operations assembling, inspecting, testing and continuously improving our manufacturing processes. Protecting them is a shared responsibility.

Throughout the campaign, our HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment and Energy) teams organized awareness sessions, practical workshops, live demonstrations and interactive activities across all sites. These initiatives encouraged employees to better understand workplace risks, adopt safe working practices and reinforce behaviors that help prevent hand injuries.

Beyond raising awareness, the campaign reflects LEONI Morocco's long-term commitment to fostering a strong safety culture where prevention, accountability and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. Creating a safe workplace requires more than procedures; it depends on the active involvement of every employee, every team and every leader.

At LEONI Morocco, our ambition is clear: everyone should return home safely at the end of every working day. This belief is the foundation of our Zero Harm approach and inspires our commitment to protecting the health and well-being of our people.

Because Zero Harm is not simply a target it is a mindset that guides every decision, every action and every day.
