Job Description
Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
Act as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters:
- Coordinate HR related topics (crisis situations – e.g. economic, social, etc.) by request of respective leader
- Act as an interface during escalations
- Organize the relevant information for ASI, personnel planning (FTE, personnel costs), KPIs
- Support strategic workforce planning
- Submit assignment needs to HR Recruiting for further execution
- Coordinate for the respective leader for the employee life cycle of their teams:
- Coordinate and offer the reporting of the selection - and decision process for recruiting
- Support the talent management and successor planning
- Support and challenge the leader within the salary increase process, coordinate training selection
- Submit exit support for further execution
