Description du poste

- Raises, follows up and closes quality complaints to suppliers caused by issues raised or detected by customers or internally at warehouse, WPA, assembly

- Executes the inspection of receipt and shipment in accordance to the relevant working procedures/instructions and the specific requirements of the customers

- Ensures that the components required for production are approved, PSW or PPAP, before performing reception in warehouse

- Performs, collects and archives incoming inspection results

- Ensures follow-up of quality costs

- Monitors change implementation processes with topics related to supplier and forwards changes,PCN, communicated from supplier to relevant teams

- Assists in creating or updating relevant SQA procedures

- Requests, archives and approves PPAPs and PSW

- Executes store audits to ensure compliance with storage conditions and controls the special characteristics of the processesand products in the area of responsibility

- Regularly reviews control plans for the designated area.

- Authorized to stop dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes and products

- Ensures the compliance of the systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations

Qualifications et Expérience

- Level of Education: Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer

- Experience: Beginner or with 1 year of experience.
