Ensures planning of services, goals, capacity and coordination of specific subjects

within the area of responsibility

• Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF,

ISO14001, etc.

• Supports creation and release of department internal instructions

• Supports and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing

processes

• Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined

escalation paths

• Ensures the completeness of activities within the WH wh. during the shift

• Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans

• Supports the layout definition and the space requirements for the WH.

• Ensures management of the technical equipment used in the material handling

• Supports the implementation of the internal material flow system

• Supports the inbound/outbound truck planning

• Supports the Stock-take process in the plant

• Ensures that safety rules are implemented and respected

Qualifications et Expérience

Level of Education: Higher education (BAC+2/+3).

• Branch Of Study: Production / Supply chain

• Experience : 2 years

• Language : French

• Social competences: Communication /Social &

intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self organization/Conflict management / Teamwork

• Professional competence: Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Karni & Continuous Improvement Technique
