Description du poste
• Supervises and directs the execution of Engineering activities for:
Industrial Engineering & Production Engineering
- Master Data (for LEPS) – where applicable
- Product FMEA
- Product optimisations
- Ensures control of edited work documents (work instructions, visualization)
- Master Data (for LEPS) – where applicable
- Bill of materials team
- FORS/SIGIP structure – where applicable
- Balancing lines and optimisations
- Production Engineering activities in projects
• Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes, software and systems within the Plant Engineering organisation.
• Supervises the realization of Project Management engineering activities
• Supports the development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with Production preparation and Production technology
• Allocates resources across the Operation Production facility
• Defines, coordinates and performs training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level
• Ensures implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Production Management network
• Provides regular reports to his/her own superior
• Escalates according to defined escalation paths
• Optimizes existing processes and equipment according to profitability aspects
• Coordinates the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment related to technical change implementation and process optimisations
• Supports the offer to customer by giving input during preparation
• Is interface to the external customer during customer visits in the plant
• Makes decisions within the respective work packages of sub-project
• Supports the inventory process
- Creates documentation for production support (e.g. list for stock takes, prepares manufacture & submission to QM)
• Manages work station organization :
o Arrangement, optimization and participation in approval of work stations
o Creation & maintenance of Process FMEA
o Supervision and control of edited work documents within the assembly area (work instructions, visualization)
o Supervision of the realization of technical changes (Change Management)
o Supervision of Assembly board/ electrical or clip board sketch layout design
• Manages the team in charge of balancing
• Perform and drive efficiency improvement activities by applying IE methods
• Carries out and implement measures for reducing production time
• Coordinates improvement projects

Qualifications et Expérience
Bac +5 en génie mécanique ou industrialisation/méthodes.
